From a mid-night meal with your friends to a morning breakfast in the mountains, our dearest Maggi rules it all.
We all love every possible version of it, yet, never give up trying a new one.

Ingredients required
Maggi (2 packets)
Extra Maggi Masala (1/2 Tea Spoon)
Finely Chopped Onion (2 medium)
Turmeric (1/4 Tea Spoon)
Salt (A pinch)
Oil (3 Table Spoon)

Method of Preparation
Break maggi into smaller portions.
Boil 4-5 cups of water into a pan and add maggi.
Keep stirring to separate the noodles.
Take out on a plate as soon as the noodles get separated.
Heat a pan and add 3 table spoon of refined oil.
Add chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and two packets of maggi masala (which came along).
Reduce the flame and add boiled maggi. Mix well.
Add a pinch of salt and 1/2 teaspoon extra maggi masala. Mix Well.
Serve hot.
