Instant Chilly Pickle with a perfect blend of taste with very basic ingredients

Ingredients required
Big Green Chilly (8-10)
Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
Mustard Seeds (Rai)
Asafoetida (Hing)
Fennel Powder (Sauf)
Coriander Powder (Dhaniya)
Lemon Juice
Oil
Salt
Method of Preparation
Clean and slit chilly into half
Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and some salt (as per taste). Mix well.
Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan
Add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds (rai) & let them splutter (cover to avoid any mess)
Switch off the flame & let it cool down
Add 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida (hing), 1/4 teaspoon mix of fennel powder (sauf) & coriander powder (dhaniya).
Add 2 tablespoon lemon juice and salt (as per taste).Mix well.
Add this mixture into the chilly and mix well.

Eat & Enjoy after an hour
