Buckwheat cutlets with coriander chutney and curd

Ingredients required

  • Potatoes (Boiled and Grated)

  • Buckwheat Flour

  • Green Chilly (Chopped)

  • Coriander (Finely Chopped)

  • Salt (As per Taste)

  • Oil (To grease palms and to fry)

  • Green Coriander Chutney (For serving)

  • Homemade Yogurt (For serving)


Buckwheat Cutlets

Method of Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix boiled and mashed potatoes to buckwheat flour

  • Add chopped coriander and green chilly

  • Put some salt (to taste) and mix everything well to form a dough (add flour if required)

  • Grease your palms with oil

  • Take a handful of mixture and shape it into round cutlets

  • Heat oil in a pan and add all the cutlets to it

  • Fry from both the sides till brown and crispy

  • Serve with coriander chutney and curd
